[SSBM Hyrule Alt(Fire Eblm) Mix]

Pretty good, inaccurate name tho

This is the palace theme from The Legend of Zelda: Adventure of Link... this isn't the alt for Hyrule Castle, I've done rock remakes of both, you should check them out.

Lets see... the main melody synth could've had some more reverb or something to make it a little fatter sounding, its too thin as it is, and the choir's attack could've been turned down, sounds like they're coming in a tad too late.

I liked the delay on the beginning instrument, and the overall feel of this track, the kick was good. Could've used a fatter bass line tho, its almost non-existant (unless I'm missing something). Anyway, this is a solid remix, not one of the best I've heard, but not the worst.

Pretty Cool

You should check out my version of this. Your guitar sounds better than mine did when I did this song. Only thing is I think you could've sped it up a bit.

I did check your version I think, and I thought it was awesome! The only reason why I didn't speed it up was because I wanted to get it as close to the original as possible.

Ok, what I like about this song. I love the simplicity of it. The single kick hit, followed by panned sounds, with bits of random noises thrown in. And then the kick stops for a bit, and we just hear noise, totally awesome. Now the kick is back. More random noises. This music makes me want to kill something/fuck something. If I ever go crazy, and kill people, I will have this on my headphones.

first off, this was inspired by hp lovecraft. i arranged it to sound like a demonic stalker song. a bit like being someplace you shouldn't at the wrong time. afterall, the old ones need a theme song when they hunt humans.

i am glad you liked it. it's not for everyone.this is the first time this has been released publicly. i did this because i not only liked his spoken word track, but to give it flavor. i liked it and so did brant. i submitted it here to let others enjoy it as well. if they like it thats fine, if not, it's not for them. it was done out of enjoyment for remixes, and not to become popular. it was submitted simply to give back to newgrounds what it gave to me, pleasure. thanks for the review!

stop making music. this has no feel to it, or even a good groove. The "synths" sound like shit, as usual with you. You and everyone like you needs to leave the audio portal, I'm sick of seeing shit like this on here. It also doesn't help that people like you get pissed because they get a bad review, which is also usually the most honest review, and then 0 the reviewer's songs out of anger or jealousy. NOT comparing your music to mine but do you realy think that 50% of your songs are good? i enjoyed a coupple but not alot! i can critisize fairly that is somthing you need to work on my friend. and being a little more friendly and not an ass just because you are hiding behind a computer is also somthing you should work on.

learn how to mix and master your songs, this sounds shitty. I can't even listen to more than 20 seconds of it because it sounds so bad. WTF did you do, just import a MIDI and not even worry about anything?

I like this, much better than the version I did. Only thing I have to say is the drums could've been better, but thats not the focus of the song. The guitars sound good, especially that pinch harmonic (I think) right @ the beginning thats all WAAAOWWW right after the intro riff, and then you get into the main melody, that was killer. 8/4

I'm glaad you liked it. The drums are shit I know...But speaking of it, I'm gonna redo this song and try to make a bad ass remix out of it. The guitars sound to flat in my opinion...Now that I'm better with recording I just realized but thanks for the compliments. :)

I really don't know anymore what fx I used to get this WAAAOOOWW sound at the intro. I used Cool Edit Pro at that time and lost the data of the song due a computer change...

So you finally got yourself Cubase SX eh? Excellent, now if we could just get more people from FL to Cubase, we'd have much better sounding songs on here!

Now, on to the song. A little too many pinch harmonics, but its good. Was there no bass in this? I don't hear one. What drums are you using? I like them. The rhythm guitar could've been panned a little better, and brought up in the mix a tiny more, but you can hear it, which is the important thing. I like the feel of this, thats pretty much all I have left. Good job. 7/4

Hm...yeah, I used pretty much pintches in there but I like em so much thats why I had to do it. XD
Yes, no bass in the song, have no one at home, but I try a VST bass for my future projects. For drums I use acoustica beatcraft. If you wanna know how I nailed that sound, feel free to email me. :)

Right on the rythm guitar, the mix could have been a little better.
